Great food, large portions, nice selection. Wow, I haven't had had Machacas since I was in Phoenix, AZ about 20 years ago. It was great. The flour tortillas were hand made and about 14 inches in diameter. So freaking awesome.

The carne asada fries are to die for. Everything is delicious and fresh. The portions of the fries are huge, and 3 people can easily eat from one order. Wish the opened one in FL.

This Robertos is the consistently best I have been to in Vegas Valley. Clean and nice looking interior. Their sauces aren't watered down or put in the tiniest containers like others do. The green onions, cucumber, limes, and jalapeños at the salsa bar always look fresh. Employees don't ignore you when you go up to the counter.

This is the only place I can find great Refried beans and great rice. I do love their cheese enchiladas but the sauce is a little to spicy for me. Great food all the way around.

THIS is the quintessential locals' spot for Mexican. Amazing and authentic food, unbeatable prices, friendly service, and even a bar where you can get delicious veggies to go with your food while you wait! Roberto's has been a staple for my Vegas visits ever since I started coming here to visit the in laws in 2016. If you don't know about it already, you gotta come check it out!

Excellent menudo — and available at midnight on a Tuesday night. Service was friendly and the place seemed clean. We did takeout so the picture is when I ladled some out to a separate bowl. (The portion size is plenty for two with lots of tortillas.) That said, I saw no lengua on the menu. I have no idea why only some Roberto’s have lengua, and why others don’t. Also, the taco salad we also got was…lackluster. Already pretty soggy in the 5 minutes it took to get home. Docked a star for that. I love that we have a legit Mexican restaurant chain that is open 24 hours a day. This is probably the latest I’ve ever gone, but it’s awesome knowing it’s available!
